Each respondent is a relationship that started through a partnership with hundreds of websites, including:
- ONLINE MARKETING — Our data partners recruit responders using the latest in behavioural targeting through online ads and questionnaires.

Monitoring Responders’ Behaviour During Recruitment:
We work closely with our data partners to monitor members’ activity and immediately deactivate member accounts that attempt to ‘cheat the system’.
We monitor for poor data, “fast” respondents, straight-liners, and duplicate survey takers.
Post Recruitment:
After each recruitment survey, we expect our client to provide a data file of the member IDs for those who appropriately completed the survey.
We then upload these IDs into our system and ensure that only these members are rewarded for their participation.
We link duplicate accounts, conduct IP checking, and monitor PayPal payouts to flag respondent activities.
We take this aspect of our business very seriously and work closely with partners to ensure data quality and reliability.
Frequency: We can control the number of times respondents are contacted for a survey.Text and HTML Invites: We use both text and HTML invites to ensure the highest deliverability rates.
- No creative template is required when recruiting, as our panel partners use their own templates.
